BTCUSD Analysis: BTC Under Pressure as Sellers Regain Control

BTCUSD | Daily Technical Outlook

Market Structure

BTCUSD remains in a broader bearish structure on the daily timeframe, with price continuing to trade below descending moving averages and failing to establish higher highs. The recent recovery attempts have been corrective rather than impulsive, indicating that sellers still dominate the higher-timeframe trend.

On H4 and H1, BTC has rolled over again after a short-lived rebound, breaking back below the 66,500–67,000 region. The latest move reflects renewed downside pressure and confirms that upside momentum remains weak.

Key Resistance Zone

Immediate resistance is located at 66,800 – 67,300, where recent breakdown occurred and moving averages are turning lower.

Additional resistance levels:

  • 68,000 – 68,500 (previous consolidation top)
  • 69,500 – 70,000 (major supply and psychological barrier)

As long as BTC trades below 68,000, bearish pressure remains dominant.

Key Support Zone

Immediate support stands at 65,500 – 66,000, a short-term intraday demand zone.

Below that, stronger structural support is found at:

  • 64,000 – 64,500
  • 62,500 – 63,000 (major H4 demand area)

A breakdown below 64,000 would confirm continuation of the broader downtrend.

Expectations

Bearish Scenario (Primary)

Failure to reclaim 67,000 keeps momentum tilted to the downside.
A break below 65,500 could accelerate selling toward:

  • 64,000
  • 62,500

Bullish Scenario (Alternative)

A sustained recovery above 68,000 would be the first sign of stabilization.
Further upside could extend toward:

  • 69,500
  • 70,000

However, bulls must reclaim 70,000 to shift the broader daily structure back to neutral.

Outlook

Bitcoin remains under structural downside pressure on the higher timeframe, with recent rebounds failing to produce sustained momentum. Unless price reclaims 68,000–70,000, rallies are likely to face selling pressure, while a break below 64,000 could open the door to deeper losses.
